This 2001 Porsche Boxster S was purchased new by the current owner at Porsche Newport Beach in California and it now has 22k miles following registration history in California. Finished in Arctic Silver Metallic over Black Partial leather, the roadster is powered by a 3.2-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes the Comfort and Sport packages as well as 17″ Sport Classic wheels, power-adjustable seats, a hi-fi sound system, cruise control, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and a power-operated Black soft top. This 986 Boxster S is now offered by the seller on behalf of the original owner with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, service records dating back to 2002, a clean Carfax report, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.
The car is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic with a power-retractable Black soft top and features a speed-activated rear spoiler, side air intakes, and body-color roll hoops. Photos of paint meter readings are provided in the gallery below.
The 17″ Sport Classic alloy wheels were a $1,275 Exclusive option, and they were mounted with 205/50 front and 255/40 rear Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 tires in July 2024. Braking is handled by red four-piston Porsche-branded calipers fitted over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners.
The power-adjustable seats are upholstered in Black leather, and other interior details comprise driver-seat memory settings, a hi-fi sound system, a wind deflector, cruise control, a Becker-Porsche CDR-220 stereo, and automatic climate control.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a central tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 22k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.2L flat-six was factory rated at 250 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in April 2025.
Power is routed to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle.
