This 2021 BMW R18 First Edition was sold new to its current owner in 2023, and it was optioned with the Premium and Select packages as well as a passenger kit and cruise control. Finished in Black Storm Metallic, the bike is powered by an air/oil-cooled 1,802cc opposed-twin mated to a six-speed transmission and a driveshaft. Equipment includes 19″ front and 16″ rear wire-spoke wheels, anti-lock triple disc brakes, a preload-adjustable monoshock, stability control, selectable ride modes, LED lighting, a Wunderlich solo seat, and a side stand. This R18 has 735 miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of its owner with a build sheet, records, spare and removed parts, and a clean California title in the owner’s name.
The bike is finished in Black Storm Metallic with white pinstripes, chrome accents, and First Edition badging. Features include LED lighting with an adaptive headlight along with handlebar-mounted mirrors, a tan Wunderlich solo seat, bullet-style rear turn signals, and a side stand. An uninstalled passenger-seat kit and foot pegs are included in the sale.
Wire-spoke wheels with 19” front and 16” rear black-finished rims are wrapped in Bridgestone Battlecruise H50 tires. Automatic Stability Control is equipped, and Integral ABS braking is from dual four-piston calipers and 300mm discs up front along with a matching single-disc setup at the rear. Suspension consists of a covered 49mm conventional fork in addition to a preload-adjustable monoshock spanning the frame and swingarm.
The chrome handlebar is mounted in pullback risers, and it carries heated grips and switchgear for cruise control, three selectable ride modes, and the Premium package’s reverse assist and hill-start control. The bike is also equipped with a factory alarm system. Instrumentation ahead consists of a 130-mph speedometer with an inset digital display. The digital odometer indicates 735 miles, approximately 630 of which were added under current ownership.
The air/oil-cooled 1,802cc opposed twin is equipped with BMS-O electronic engine management, twin-spark ignition, and four valves per cylinder. Factory-rated output was 91 horsepower and 116 lb-ft of torque. The dual exhaust system is not currently fitted with silencers, and both stock and sport mufflers will accompany the motorcycle.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through a hydraulically actuated single-plate, anti-hop dry clutch along with a six-speed transmission and an exposed chrome driveshaft.
